What ideas do you have for making affordable and liveable housing possible?

From over 40 years of activity in the construction industry, I see a restructuring of authorisation procedures in particular - from planning permission to the approval of new construction methods and materials - as key points. Universities should focus not only refining specific aspects, but also on working on disruptive innovations and turning them into prototypes.

What would you like to see for life in cities in the future?

Live in cities has many advantages, such as shopping, public transport and cultural offerings. I hope that housing options will meet these external benefits through modern concepts and, in doing so,  help bring about a society shift towards better recognition of rental housing.

What outcome would you like to see from the “Building & Living” project?

The project should offer perspectives on how living quality, affordability and sustainability can be combined in the best possible way.
